One that is simple to incorporate into the busy lives many of us lead today. The lives that result in unhealthy habits – unwanted weight – lack of energy and focus – and generally leaving us feeling unmotivated, stressed and out of balance.

 

After years of struggling with our own health and well being, we made a decision some years ago. It involved changing things. Research and learning. And it involved making mistakes.

And there were times when it felt like nothing was actually working.

However, over the years, we have simply found what works and stuck to it.

We learned the hard way that life is too short (and precious) to constantly be counting calories or spending hours working out in the gym and denying ourselves the pleasures we truly enjoy.

In fact we know that there are times when things get in the way – when we get thrown a curve ball –  when we simply don’t have time (or energy) to do all the things.

And we also know that not everyone has the time right now – to spend a week with us at our Retreat in Spain.

We also realize that sometimes people need a quick, friendly reminder every now and then to keep them on track.

 

At D-Toxd, all we aim to do is help you live a healthier, happier (and more balanced) life that suits you as an individual.

We believe it to be something that you can incorporate into daily living (like we do). We know it can give you the results that you are searching for.

For us, the starting point is (sometimes) quite easy to pin point.

What you put into your body definitely makes a HUGE difference in your life. It’s the fuel that not only drives the body.

It is also what feeds the mind and affects how we feel on a day-to-day basis.

In turn, how we feel directly affects the actions we take and subsequently, how we choose to live our lives.

So to start you off on your own personal journey, we have put together a collection of some of the favorite juices and meals served up at the Retreat chosen by the people who have spent time with us here in Spain at “The Retreat.”

That way, you get to start off right at the beginning. Just like our guests do when they come and spend time with us.

 

The 6-Day Plan comes with juices and meals for a cleaner, healthier and happier life, put together for busy people to help them live better.

You can either choose to:

  • follow a 3-Day Juice Cleanse – That all our guests go through during their stay.
  • do 3-Day Clean Eating Plan – Incorporating meals prepared during the week.
  • or go through the Complete 6-Day Plan – That combines both programs.

The choice really is down to you to make at the end of the day.  We have done our best to put together something that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

All the recipes are simple and straight forward to follow. We know how frustrating it can be to follow complicated instructions with random ingredients that are difficult to source. They’re also quick and easy to prepare and, very tasty too!

Once the initial week is up. There will be a selection of weekly tips delivered straight to your inbox that you can continue to incorporate into your life.

Like we said, our aim is quite simple really!

We aim to do our best to guide and support you towards towards living a healthier, happier life.
