Please find below our terms and conditions for D-Toxd Retreat. We ask that you read them carefully and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

THE PROGRAM– At D-Toxd, we offer a program that gives you the opportunity to look into all areas of your life and embraces an “D-Toxd Living, Thinking, Being” ethos and approach to life. We believe that health begins within and as such, everything we do operates on this basis. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to take part in all elements of our program, however, nothing is compulsory and as such, you are free to do as you please (within reason) during your stay. We run a 3-Day Juice Detox at the start of the week, which all people are asked to take part in. Should you have any concerns, we ask that these be communicated before your arrival as we may not be able to accommodate any requests once you are at the Retreat. After this, we introduce people to a healthy way of eating, and this may include all food groups and types. You are given the opportunity to share any concerns during your initial Health and Lifestyle assessment, and during this time, anything can be discussed.

 – We highly recommend holiday insurance for all clients. This should be bought independently as it is not included in any of our prices. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your stay once you have booked and paid, the following conditions will apply:

All cancellations must be received in writing.
Any special inclusions (such as treatments or transfers offered in the deal) will be deducted from any refund if applicable.
NO cancellations will be possible on any special discounted prices listed on our website, whether notified or not. These prices are listed on our website with this notification being made. However, these can be gifted to another person if this situation arises.
Once you have received confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund.
After this period the following conditions will apply:
A full refund, less the non-refundable deposit, will be provided for all cancellations up to 90 days prior to start day of the dates booked with us.
A 50% refund will be provided, less the non-refundable deposit, on cancellations between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the dates booked with us.
A 30% refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days prior to the start date of the dates booked with us, less the non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be provided on cancellations between 29-0 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.
All retreat payments are due at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 30-day deadline, risk forfeiting their retreat booking.
ALTERATION OF DATES – If you would like to change your booking date more than 6 weeks before the commencement of your stay, this is possible and is taken on a case-by-case basis, dependant on space available at the Retreat. However, if the change is made within 6 weeks of your stay, and administration charge of 100.00 euros will be incurred per booking, plus any difference in the new room rate (if applicable.) Again, this is dependant on space available at the Retreat and if a specific room has been booked, we cannot guarantee that it will be available.

Please note that payment for items at the retreat; such as treatments, products, transfers and the like can only be paid for by debit or credit card or Euros unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Transfers are complimentary, for all flights landing  between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00. For flights landing outside of these hours, transfers can be organised for an additional charge of 150 EUR each way. This can either be paid for at the time of booking or else this will be included in your Final Bill presented for payment at the end of your stay with us.

Clients who arrange their own transport or transfers will need to take full responsibility for their arrival at the Retreat, given that it is located in a remote area and independent transfers can get lost and potentially can charge significantly more.

If you are currently pregnant, or under medical or psychiatric supervision, we ask that you please advise us accordingly as we cannot, and will not, be held liable for any existing health conditions. All guests will be required to sign a disclosure statement on arrival, and will be responsible for their own state of health. Should you wish to travel, and do have a health condition such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Epilepsy, High Cholesterol and the like, you will be responsible for monitoring your own condition during your stay as D-Toxd does not provide any medical cover on site.

Our retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 15 years or for people with physical disabilities that cannot take care or responsibility for themselves as we do not have the resources or expertise. All health issues MUST be communicated at the time of booking, or in your Pre Arrival Form.

 – In all of our rooms you will find bath robes, alarm clock and hair dryer, as well as towels for use during your stay, if these are no longer in your room after you depart from the Retreat, we will charge your registered card for the retail price of these items.

Any cost of repairing / replacing / redecorating damage to your room or any of the property within your room will automatically be deducted from your registered card.

 – During your stay, if you feel unwell or are not happy with the service provided for any reason, please tell one of our team members immediately and we will endeavor to take whatever action is required. Any claims could be rejected if we are not given the opportunity to put matters right during your stay.

All information provided on the website and any written and verbal form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication. However, sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control such as mechanical failure, weather conditions of “Acts of God”, some services may be temporarily unavailable. Due to staff sickness or other unforeseen problems, we will do our very best to ensure that our program is adhered to, however, any instances such as these will be communicated clearly and as soon as possible. We would also like to say that our team could change at any point int time, even though this is not our intention at all, and we will always ensure that only suitable replacements are made that are in line with our policy and ethos. No compensation will be made for a team member changing or being replaced.

Any of the above events, or others beyond our control that have not been mentioned.
Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.
Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat. We will however, do our very best to support any changes made by yourself.
We ask that you please check that your holiday insurance policy covers these and any other contingencies.

SEASONAL PROGRAMS – Whilst the weather in Spain is generally pleasant all year round, during the cooler months we will be replacing lunch time salads with soups. This is subject to weather conditions but we estimate that it will be usually introduced around the start of Novemeber and will run through until March.

There are numerous health benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle that includes great nutrition, regular exercise, treatments and rest and relaxation, however, there are a small number of people who should check with their doctor before embarking upon this. If you are in any doubt, please consult your doctor before commencing physical activity, starting a juice detox or receiving a treatment.

At D-Toxd, we take pride in the service we provide to people and the resulting shifts they make in their own lives, however, any advice given or shared during your stay is purely that. It should not be taken as an “instruction” to make changes and any changes implemented as a result of experiencing our program is solely at your own personal discretion. Where possible, we are able to offer emotional support and encouragement, however, this is in no way meant to replace any professional support given by the medical and/or professional community.

Our program embraces a health approach to life and may not be suitable for all people – there is no “one prescription fits all” lifestyle out there today – and all our guests are free to make their own decisions and choices upon leaving.

 – By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you state that you wish to take part in the 3-day juice detox and activities, which include but are not limited to: aerobic & resistance exercise, yoga, pilates, running, walks, rebounding, swimming (pool and river) and therapy treatments. You realise that your participation involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death. Furthermore, you confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise and D-Toxd and its team members are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred whilst at the retreat, after the retreat or during the transfer.

If you suffer with any health conditions, you confirm that you have either consulted a doctor or you accept full responsibility for your own health and acknowledge the risk involved.

This contract is entered into under the laws of the United Kingdom and in agreeing to these terms and condition you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.

We thank you for supporting us at D-Toxd, and trust that you are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

We look forward to welcoming you out at the Retreat soon.
